It's time...

I've found the pieces to my last few posts somewhere
in my blog draft file, waiting for the final edit and publish.

This morning, I found these,
just a few black and white memories from last Summer,
asking for narration of some sort.
The last unfinished post in my drafts...
and what I feel is meant to be my last post here too.

No, I still love telling stories.
My life still abounds with inspiration,
and I'm not tired of writing.
(Small chance of that...)

But it's time.

I'm continuing to snip the Internet-related strings from my life,
as I'm led to limit the distractions,
and focus attention where it must be.

Life here is so very short you know.

So thank you faithful readers!
I will be leaving the archives so you can still
come and "visit" now and then.
Leave a comment if you would like to contact me,
I will still get them. :)

'twill soon be past,
only what's done for Christ
will last."

That is a very wise decision Kate. Thank you for leaving this up anyways. I have enjoyed hearing about all your animals. Thanks again. :)

I'm very glad for you, Kate.

The overwhelming uses and use of the internet has confronted us with questions we should be ready to answer. Many of us don't realize there are even questions. It is challenging and inspiring to watch you pursue the value of certain things that the internet (neglectfully of purposefully?) diminishes and distracts us from.

You won't regret forsaking it for the very best. : )

Onward,
Breezy

Hi Kate,
I just wanted to let you know that I have sincerely enjoyed reading about the fun adventures you have posted about on your blog... about all the lovely animals and furry characters that seem to abound on your farm. I'm sad to see you leave this blog, but at the same time, I also admire you for what you're doing.

May God bless you!

I love looking through old photos too! The cat shot is really pretty. :) And that quote... so true.
