That's what we all have...
And if it weren't for the help from several of our generous friends,
we'd definitely have more than that...
Maybe death by painting, I don't know.
So we are very thankful for each of them!
Everything inside is painted,
except for the new kitchen cabinets.
I just finished up my room, about fifteen minutes ago.
I didn't have the presence of mind to photograph the progress,
and am yet to document the finished look -
but Dad did happen to get a picture of me mid-stroke.
You can't really tell from the angle,
but those are ten foot ceilings...
(no, I'm not seven feet tall.)
We got pretty brave with some of our color selections,
I went with the lighter aqua for my room,
and am very happy with it.
Well, this is about all of the typing I'm up to at the moment.
Hopefully I'll have more to share in the near future.

Looks lovely :) Almost like the color of our room maybe? I'm so excited to see the finished product...as I know you all are too :) So glad you all had some help this weekend...and had a nice break yesterday! Wish we could be there to have painter's cramp with you...although we're getting it down here too! lol Painted the kitchen green, and I mean G-R-E-E-N! Love to you all!

Hi Kate!! I totally know what painter's cramp is. This year, we've painted: our kitchen, dining room, sewing room, one bath, and our 50' x 24' living room. The rooms in our house aren't small and most of them have quite the amount of cutting in to do. Christianna did all of the rolling of the walls, while I did the majority of cutting in. So I can definitely sympathize with your aching limbs. =)
Beautiful color! I know what you mean about painter's cramp. We painted all of the rooms in our house last year, and I almost died thanks to all of the fumes. Haha.
